Below is a simple example of a basic CRM system. Where an agent is only allowed to capture.
Admin is allowed to search, filter, edit, overview, export,view statistics and mandates of data etc.
QA logins would be able to see all sales that needs to be QA Assessed and assess the sale with a scoring method of your choosing.
And attach call recordings for that sale.
Note we also do integrations, such as live AVS (prevents capture with reasoning if failed), Direct NAEDO submission and welcome messages when record captured.
